_ Production and delivery of all the different conception steps in line with the planning and with the costs of the client

_ Renovation of a iconic historical location (first train station built in Europe) in a complex environment (25 000m² and second highest number of passengers in Europe), with presentations and follow-up with the French Historical Architects.
_ Coordination of a multidisciplinary team in the preliminary outline phase, final design and tender documents : up to 3 architects and 21 engineers
_ Production and delivery of these different steps in line with the planning and with the costs of the client

VARIOUS PROJECTS IN ST-LAZARE STATION, PARIS

Total Budget of the Operations : 50 M€
_ Assisting in the management of a team of 15 architects at the highest, including allocation of resources, task planning or contract negociations with the clients.
_ Conception of new commercial and public areas in the upper floors of a complex and busy train station (sport and relaxation center, restaurants, bar, office rooms to rent, new accesses...)
_ Production of building permits, construction site supervision and approval of construction companies' documents.
